  3.                     Faith is a Spiritual Law
  4.  
  5. Foundation Texts:  Romans 3:27,10:17, 2 Thess. 3:2, Romans 12:3,
  6.                    Hebrews 11:1-3;  Mark 11:22-24

  8. JESUS TAUGHT AND PREACHED FAITH.  Jesus said to the Centurion, "Go
  9. thy way; and as THOU HAST BELIEVED, SO BE IT DONE UNTO THEE."
  10. Matt.8:13 In Matthew 9:29, Jesus said 'Lo the blind men, "According
  11. to YOUR FAITH be it unto you."
  12.  
  13. You may not have the power to overcome some condition facing you
  14. but as you receive the Word of God into your spirit, faith will
  15. make all things possible. (Mark 9:23)
  16.  
  17. FAITH IS A SPIRITUAL LAW - A BINDING RULE (Romans 3:27).  There are
  18. also laws that work with faith . .
  19.  
  20.      PATIENCE (where the devil tries to steal your perseverance)
  21.      aids your faith! LOVE (the Royal law) causes your faith to
  22.      work.
  23.  
  24. A preacher once said "FAITH MAKES IT POSSIBLE... LOVE MAKES IT
  25. EASY".
  26.  
  27.      a.   You are saved from spiritual death by faith.  Romans
  28.           10:8-13, Eph. 2:8,9
  29.      b.   You live by faith.  Galatians 2:20
  30.      c.   You please God by faith Hebrews 11:6
  31.      d.   You inherit the promises through faith and patience
  32.           Hebrews 6:12
  33.      e.   Your faith in God is the victory that overcomes the world
  34.           1 John 5:4

  36. WHAT ARE YOU "HEARING"?
  37.  
  38. Romans 10:17 tells us "So then faith cometh by hearing and bearing
  39. by the Word of God".
  40.  
  41. However, Mark 4:24 says "TAKE CARE WHAT YOU LISTEN TO.  By your
  42. standard of measure it shall be measured to you; and more shall be
  43. given you besides." Verse 25 "For whoever has, to him shall more be
  44. given; and whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken
  45. away from him."
  46.  
  47. What I listen to will affect my faith! I cannot hear two things and
  48. be single-minded.  Unless you tune in to the right spot on a radio
  49. dial, you don't have a clear sound! Confusion and distortion
  50. results from an "in between" position!
  51.  
  52. Faith comes by hearing God's Word .. not just with your natural
  53. hearing, but hearing it in your heart and mind! And it's not by
  54. hearing one time but by hearing, hearing, and hearing!
  55.  
  56. Are you hearing the Word of God out of your spirit or your
  57. unrenewed mind through the flesh? Matthew 12:34 says "The mouth
  58. speaks out of that which fills the heart." (NASB) Prov. 18.20,21
  59.  
  60. What is on the inside comes out! That's where you "hear" the
  61. loudest and strongest! How often have you heard someone say "I
  62. believe in healing but...... "I know God wants to save my family
  63. but..... " Just wait a moment and out of that statement will come
  64. some negative statement of unbelief!
  65.  
  66. RENEW YOUR MIND NOW WITH THE WORD OF GOD SO THAT WHEN PROBLEMS
  67. ARISE, YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THEM GOD'S WAY!

  69. Don't wait until the Doctor gives you the bad news that you have
  70. only got three months to live to try and get this to work for you!
  71. Don't wait until you are faced with a gigantic financial mountain!
  72.  
  73. THREE THINGS YOU MUST WORK ON:
  74.  
  75.      1)   GET YOUR THINKING IN LINE WITH THE WORD OF GOD Prov. 23:7
  76.           You are what you think you are
  77.           2 Cor. 5:17 Think of yourself as the Word says, and that
  78.           is how you'll be! Eph. 2:10 Recreated in Christ Jesus!
  79.           God is a Restorer! Joel 2:25
  80.  
  81.      2)   GET YOUR BELIEVING IN LINE WITH GOD'S WORD Your believing
  82.           in is line with what you are thinking! If your thinking
  83.           is wrong, your believing will be wrong! Unbelief is a
  84.           product of what you believe.

  86.      3)   GET YOUR CONFESSION IN LINE WITH GOD'S WORD Matt. 12:34
  87.  
  88. When you line these 3 things up, just see what God will do!
  89.  
  90. If you had a friend that deposited $1,000 in a Bank Account in your
  91. name and brought you the Pass Book, you wouldn't examine your empty
  92. pocket to see how much money you have! You would look at the Pass
  93. Book! THE BIBLE IS THE BELIEVER'S PASS BOOK and YOUR NAME IS
  94. INCLUDED IN "WHOSOEVER"!

  96. YOUR HEART IS DESIGNED TO REPRODUCE
  97.  
  98. Jesus said the Sower sows the seed and the seed is the Word.  Mark
  99. 4:3, 14 As the seed was being sown, birds came and ate it up! Satan
  100. comes when you hear the Word and immediately tries to take away the
  101. Word that has been sown in your heart.  This is the way he can make
  102. you and keep you mediocre! Mediocrity is not God's will! God wants
  103. you to be successful. (Joshua 1:8, Ps.1) Whatever God has planned
  104. for your life, you should be successful in it! God wants you to be
  105. an overcomer. 1 John 5:4
  106.  
  107. You can be a success anywhere with God's Word in your heart.  God's
  108. Word will work for you anywhere - in whatever, you are doing!
  109.  
  110. YOUR HEART IS DESIGNED TO REPRODUCE.  If you put junk in, that's
  111. all it will reproduce! If you desire more to come out, then put
  112. more of the Word in! THE WORD IS THE SEED! When you speak it, you
  113. sow it into your spirit.  Jeremiah 17:7,8 (Jesus said to some Jews
  114. on one occasion, "My Word has no place in you".) 1 Cor. 3:6-9 tells
  115. us that one plants, another waters, but GOD GIVES THE INCREASE. 
  116. GOD MAKES THE SEED TO GROW!
  117.  
  118. In one little seed, there is the potential for a giant tree!
  119. In one "seed" of Scripture, there are thousands of miracle answers!
  120.  
  121. DO IT NOW!
  122.  
  123. Many Driving Schools have a Simulator to teach people to drive! Its
  124. purpose is to train you before you actually get on to the road.  It
  125. seems as if you really are on the road but it's only in a
  126. stationary practice setting!
  127.  
  128. A prize fighter has to prepare himself before a Championship fight!
  129. If we were like that every morning weld get up and get into the
  130. promises of God and begin to speak God's Word against the mountains
  131. - against the giants - and work out strenuously every morning.
  132.  
  133. DO IT NOW and like a fighter punching the bag, get your thinking,
  134. believing an confessing In line with the Word of God.  "I thank
  135. you, Lord, that I have been delivered out of depression and
  136. discouragement and I'm bold as a lion "My finances are prospering. 
  137. I thank you, Lord, that I've got enough to meet my needs and bless
  138. the work of God.  "

  140. FAITH IS A LIFESTYLE - FAITH IS A SPIRITUAL FORCE & IT COMES BY
  141.  HEARING AND HEARING AND HEARING THE WORD OF GOD!
